As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of various facilities.

About the Role

The role of Facilities Technician is crucial to ensuring that our multi-site operations run efficiently and effectively.

Your primary focus will be on supporting the delivery of high-quality technical services in line with client expectations.

You will be responsible for supervising building systems and facilities staff, managing inventory and vendor performance, and performing repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general infrastructure.

  • Maintenance Operations: Supervise building systems and facilities staff to ensure timely and effective maintenance operations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory, vendor performance, and compliance with reporting and safety standards.
  • Repairs and Maintenance: Perform and oversee repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general infrastructure.
  • Workspace Planning: Coordinate workspace planning, employee moves, and special projects as needed.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring alignment with company KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical expertise with multi-skilled capabilities in mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
  • Computer Applications: Proficient in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and coordination.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technicians, manage vendors, and maintain quality and inventory standards.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Certification and Experience: Vocational or TESDA certification with 3–5 years of IFM property management experience; safety training and engineering background preferred.
