Strategic Finance Director Opportunity

This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all aspects of corporate finance, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial laws, principles (GAAP/IFRS), and modeling techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and treasury management
  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
  • Provide accurate and timely financial reporting to the executive team and board of directors
  • Manage cash flow, capital structure, and financing strategies to support business operations and expansion initiatives
  • Oversee financial audits, tax filings, and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide guidance on cost reduction and profitability improvement initiatives
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor financial health and inform data-driven decision-making
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • 8–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably including time as a CFO or VP of Finance
  • Deep understanding of financial laws, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and modeling techniques
  • Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and risk management
  • Exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and financial software
