Job Description

The Finance Business Partner is a key strategic role within the finance team, responsible for providing financial insight and analysis to support decision-making across the organization.

This role bridges the gap between finance and operational teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

  • Reporting to the Regional CFO Asia
  • Work closely with Regional and Group Finance (based in Denmark) and stakeholders to ensure best accounting practices

The Finance Business Partner will develop, analyze, and present financial forecasts, budgets, and reports. They will conduct variance analysis to monitor performance against budget and provide actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and analyzing financial forecasts, budgets, and reports
  • Conducting variance analysis to monitor performance against budget and providing actionable insights
  • Supporting Strategic Planning Processes with Financial Data and Trend Analysis
  • Business Partnering
    • Collaborating with department heads and operational teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
    • Acting as a trusted advisor by providing financial guidance and influencing decision-making
    • Building strong relationships across departments to foster collaboration and understanding of financial impacts
  • Performance Management
    • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive business improvements
    • Identifying areas of financial risk and opportunity within the business
    • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize financial performance and cost management
  • Reporting & Compliance
    • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies
    • Assisting in audit processes and providing necessary documentation and support
  • Identifying Opportunities for Process Improvements in Financial Management and Reporting
  • Implementing Tools and Systems to Enhance Efficiency and Accuracy in Financial Analysis
  • Staying Updated on Industry Trends, Regulatory Changes, and Best Practices in Finance
