Job Summary

This role serves as a vital link between finance and operational teams, ensuring seamless alignment with strategic goals. We are seeking an experienced Financial Strategist to help drive business success.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and present comprehensive financial forecasts, budgets, and reports that inform business decisions.
  • Conduct variance analysis to monitor performance against targets and provide actionable insights.
  • Support strategic planning processes by providing data-driven recommendations.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives.
    • Offer expert guidance on financial matters and influence key decision-making.
    • Foster strong relationships across departments to promote collaboration and understanding of financial implications.
  • Performance Management:
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive business improvements.
    • Identify areas of financial risk and opportunity within the business.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and cost management.
  • Reporting & Compliance:
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Assist in audit processes and provide necessary documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering roles.
  • Experience with ERP systems is preferred but not required.
