As a Strategic Financial Partner, you will serve as an integral component of the organization's financial management team. Your role will be to provide expert financial analysis and control while ensuring effective execution of company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Performance & Strategy
    • Analyze business unit performance using financial metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to steer results towards achieving financial targets.
    • Create economic indicators forecasts, budgets, and performance projections.
  • Credit Management & Working Capital Optimization
    • Coordinate with Commercial and Finance teams to minimize credit risks and optimize working capital.
    • Attend credit control meetings and resolve special issues to improve cash flow.
  • Financial Reporting & Control
    • Collaborate with business unit leaders to finalize forecasts and budgets.
    • Measure actual vs. budget, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
    • Review branch performance, billing requests, and credit/debit note processes.
    • Act as a key user for SAP and related systems.
  • Financial Accounting & Compliance
    • Ensure accurate financial data in SAP, support audits, and adhere to accounting standards.
    • Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings while reporting financial results to headquarters.
  • Operational Support & Process Improvement
    • Advise business unit operations on financial performance.
    • Contribute to strategic deployment and process improvements.
  • Health, Safety, & Compliance
    • Support occupational health & safety initiatives.
    • Ensure adherence to Fundamental policies.
