Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Head

At the heart of our organization, we have a vital role that ensures our financial goals are met through strategic planning and insightful analysis. As a Financial Planning and Analysis Head, you will lead the charge in driving informed decision-making across our business units.

This is a high-level position that demands a deep understanding of business performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and developing actionable plans to address these gaps. Your expertise will be crucial in providing accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, you will need a solid background in commercial finance, financial planning, management reporting, or business partnering, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods company. A strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint is essential, as well as training certification in financial modeling and profitability analysis.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate with a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy, Management, Management Engineering, or equivalent. An MBA or CMA is highly desirable. If you have 5-7 years of experience in a similar field and are willing to relocate to Muntinlupa City, we encourage you to apply.
