Main Responsibilities

  • Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Industry Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential candidates.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability, aligning with client needs and organizational culture.
Requirements
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • Recruitment Experience: Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on sourcing and headhunting.
  • Recruitment Knowledge: Strong understanding of recruitment methods and tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Independence and Priorities: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
