Talent Acquisition Director

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Director to lead and scale our talent acquisition efforts.

This role is critical in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the top talent to support our growth. The ideal candidate will have experience managing recruiting teams, with a strong focus on inbound and outbound recruiting efforts.

The successful Talent Acquisition Director will develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the recruiting team, ensuring alignment with our hiring goals.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies for both legal and administrative roles.
  • Oversee both inbound and outbound recruiting efforts, including sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding.
  • Implement and optimize recruitment systems, workflows, and technologies to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance the rigor of our hiring process, ensuring a consistent pipeline of exceptional candidates.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience managing recruiting teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven experience with both inbound recruiting (job postings, branding) and outbound recruiting/sourcing (headhunting, outreach).
  • Strong oral communication skills in English, with the ability to build relationships across diverse candidate pools and internal teams.

The right candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, and the ability to drive results-oriented initiatives.
