Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic Human Resources leader to drive customized leadership across multiple facets of HR, including organizational culture management, talent acquisition and development, employee engagement, performance management, and regulatory compliance.

This role interfaces openly and effectively with employees to ensure that HR programs and initiatives enhance business results while maintaining a positive company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, employee productivity, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity.
  • Develop and measure employee engagement and other culture-centric initiatives to make the organization a top place to work.
  • Analyze trends and develop metrics to develop programs to meet key business objectives and goals.
  • Evaluate and maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees.
  • Administer benefits plans and manage group benefit programs.
  • Point of contact for investigations to resolve employee complaints and address grievances.
