
Remote HR Leader

We are seeking a Remote HR Leader to join our fully remote team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle recruitment, creating compliant HR policies, and helping us scale with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring staff.
Create detailed job descriptions and offer letters aligned with U.S. labor laws.
Build candidate pipelines and optimize ATS tools.
You will also be responsible for drafting and maintaining compliant HR policies, employee handbooks, and legal hiring protocols. This includes ensuring compliance with U.S. federal/state regulations (e.g., FLSA, EEOC, I-9, FMLA).

You will collaborate with leadership on staffing plans and strategic HR development, assist with payroll coordination, timekeeping, and employee satisfaction programs, and support the development of a scalable firm culture and retention-focused systems.

3–5 years in HR/recruitment (preferably with U.S.-based clients or legal industry).
Strong knowledge of U.S. labor regulations and HR best practices.
Experience creating HR policies, onboarding programs, and internal systems.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Proactive, organized, tech-savvy, and self-directed.
Bonus: Familiarity with U.S. law firms, SHRM-CP/PHR certification, or tools like Gusto, Asana, or ClickUp.
