HR Manager Position

This is a leadership role in which you will oversee the entire human resources function for our organization. Key responsibilities include managing the daily work activities of the HR team, developing and implementing employee learning and development programs, advising and supporting stakeholders and employees, and ensuring effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the daily operations of the HR team, focusing on performance feedback and resource allocation based on service delivery priorities.
  • Evaluate operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Administer employee discipline processes in accordance with relevant policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Create and implement employee training and development initiatives aligned with industry best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders and employees in employee development activities, including regular feedback sessions.
  • Oversee data reporting and analysis within HR, encompassing financial management, planning, and budgeting for the HR department.
  • Lead the continuous improvement of HR processes through collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • At least eight years of experience across various HR functions, preferably in shared services environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on building a high-performing team and promoting employee engagement.
  • The ability to recognize and resolve sensitive issues, analyze complex situations, select alternatives, recognize consequences of proposed actions, and negotiate mutually beneficial outcomes.
