Job Overview

The HR Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the human resources team with analytical and research expertise, fostering collaboration with business leaders and employees to drive alignment between HR strategies and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders on daily operations, ensuring seamless integration of HR strategies with overarching business goals.
  • Contribute to monthly and annual HR initiatives, including talent management, performance evaluation cycles, employee engagement surveys, reporting, mid and annual compensation planning, Learning and Development programs, and Site Related Employee Engagement activities.
  • In partnership with the HR Reporting & Analytics team, establish data requirements, provide strategic HR advice, and consult on key HR-related matters.
  • Provide dedicated support to the HR Partner and Site Operations Function, ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Assist in implementing HR initiatives that enhance business unit performance.
  • Help draft and update HR policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Continuously recommend process improvements within HR to elevate service levels.
