We are seeking a skilled Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our litigation department, you will play a vital role in case preparation and management by conducting legal research, drafting and reviewing documents, managing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation.

About the Role
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses with accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain legal files to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.
  • Conduct legal and factual research, producing concise and well-supported findings.
  • Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and witness materials in advance of hearings.
  • Track deadlines, hearings, and schedules to prevent delays.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders to gather and clarify case details.
  • Manage document production and review during discovery.
  • Provide proactive administrative and litigation support throughout all phases of case management.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal working in litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, discovery processes, and filings.
  • Proficiency with case management systems (Clio, PracticePanther, or equivalent).
  • Skilled in legal research tools such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, or PACER.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Reliable high-speed wired internet (25 Mbps+) with a tested backup option.
