Job Title: Sr Project Manager

As a Sr Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of projects involving eClinical technologies. Your strong emphasis on eCOA systems will ensure timely delivery of milestones across device provisioning, data integration, and client onboarding.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Leadership: Own the end-to-end delivery of eClinical initiatives, including eCOA platform rollouts, device provisioning, and integration with client systems
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, regulatory, and IT support. Tag and onboard team members for time tracking and task ownership
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed
  • Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and clients, including status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries

Required Skills:
  • Proven experience managing eClinical or eCOA product implementations
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial operations, regulatory compliance, and data privacy
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
