About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Strategic Support Associate to join our team at Sagan. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional support to senior executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle travel arrangements, and prioritize emails to ensure seamless communication.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide high-level support to the owner, including appointments, errands, and other tasks that require attention to detail and discretion.
  • Business Strategy: Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and suggestions to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Project Management: Oversee key projects, develop project plans, and track progress to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Candidate Screening: Assist in the hiring process by screening applicants, conducting initial interviews, and providing recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Proficient in Notion and other project management tools, with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
