Hotel Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Hotel Customer Service Representative to serve as our guests' first point of contact, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience.

About the Role
  • Manage all aspects of guest accommodation, including check-in, check-out, and online reservations.
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify credit card data, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, register them, and assign rooms according to their preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, rates, and amenities, addressing client inquiries promptly.
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and prepared for guests.
  • Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for VIP clients and event attendees.
Requirements
  • A strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel or customer-focused roles, demonstrating self-confidence and exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and adhere to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends, to accommodate the needs of the hotel.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This comprehensive package includes opportunities for growth and development within our dynamic team.
