Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospects via outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn.

  • Book and attend Zoom meetings with HR managers and business owners.
  • Deliver confident, high-impact presentations of our services.
  • Manage CRM records, pipeline status, and follow-ups.
  • Hit weekly KPIs and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in B2B sales or business development (HR industry preferred) and be fluent in English with excellent communication skills. A self-starter with experience working remotely is also required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, contact, and qualify prospects.

Qualifications:
