Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Revenue Cycle Implementation Specialist is to collaborate with a team in implementing Med-Metrix's Suite of Revenue Cycle Technology.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Participate in assessment meetings with Accounts Receivable Services to develop design documentation and best practice recommendations.
  • Gain insight into business needs, expectations, and requirements for each implementation.
  • Translate Visio documentation into pseudocode for Development and QA Teams.
  • Analyze errors based on user acceptance testing results and resolve problems.
  • Work with large data sets to identify potential improvement opportunities and present data to support recommendations.
  • Support clients using the AnalytX Suite of Products after deployment.
  • Diagnose application bugs and gather supporting technical documentation of issues working directly with Development and QA Teams.
  • Lead ongoing support calls with existing customers post Go Live.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful as a Revenue Cycle Implementation Specialist, one must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in implementing and/or supporting software applications.
  • Able to document business rules and technical processes into logical structures and diagrams.
  • Ability to understand complex software applications.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel and/or MS SQL Server with a desire to expand on those capabilities.
  • Able to prioritize workload and work effectively with minimal supervision.
