Key Role in Customer Engagement

This role is pivotal in supporting our Sales Team by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential SME customers who could benefit from commercial finance solutions.

You will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, playing a crucial role in understanding their business needs and setting them up for success with our Business Finance Specialists.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additionally, they will be able to manage multiple priorities and meet lead qualification targets, demonstrating a proactive and self-starting attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify high-potential SME leads across inbound and outbound channels
  • Engage prospective customers via calls, emails, and digital platforms to understand their finance needs
  • Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess eligibility and fit for funding products
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or B2B sales support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
