Financial Reporting Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage internal and external reporting requirements, including monthly management reports, statutory reports, and vendor-facing financial summaries.

This involves taking ownership of the preparation and submission of these reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, liaison with external stakeholders such as vendors, auditors, and tax authorities is required to meet compliance and reporting deadlines.

Furthermore, continuous improvement in reporting processes and templates is essential, focusing on clarity, consistency, and accuracy. Collaboration with the finance team for month-end and year-end close processes is also necessary.

Requirements
  • Graduate of B.S. Accountancy or any bachelor's degree in accounting
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and tax compliance
  • Hands-on experience using Xero
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Comfortable working with SQL for data extraction and analysis
