Drive Your Career in Auto Finance and Refinance Solutions

You will play a crucial role in providing direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions. Deliver superior customer service, respond to inquiries already approved for refinance, and offer additional finance and coverage options to enhance the customer experience.

Facilitate the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted. Work with supporting departments to achieve daily goals, maintain a deep understanding of products to effectively offer and explain additional options to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored auto finance and refinance options.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Structure loans and pitch optional coverages to borrowers.
  • Manage the loan through different steps to ensure funding, prepare loans for the contracting process, call borrowers to review electronic documents and title documents, and ensure all documents are signed and tracked.
  • Handle various statuses of the loan, ensuring all steps are followed and errors are fixed promptly.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or bachelor's degree highly preferred.
  • Language/Communication/Interpersonal: Fluent English speaking, reading, and writing abilities.
  • Math Skills: Basic computation skills.
  • High Level of Organization: Manage time, energy, and workspace well and accomplish tasks successfully before end of day.
  • Analytical: Detail-oriented with ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Reasoning Ability: Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
  • Technical: Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams, intermediate Excel ability, and navigation of multiple systems and platforms.
