    • 2-5 years' experience in finance, accounting, or operations\
    • Strong knowledge of digital assets and blockchain finance\
    • Familiarity with tools such as Fireblocks, Integral, or CoinTracking\
    • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills\
    • Fluent English communication skills\
    • Experience working across onshore/offshore entities\
