We're seeking a Business Growth Consultant to join our team at Cartrack Technologies Philippines Inc.

The Role

You will be responsible for establishing new dealership accounts, servicing existing clients, and achieving sales targets. Your strong communication, prospecting, and closing skills will be crucial in identifying and capturing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets through effective account management and sales strategies.
  • Plan and organize the establishment of new dealership accounts.
  • Service existing dealership accounts, obtain orders, and maintain a daily work schedule.
  • Focus sales efforts on high-potential dealers and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Autoparts, Car Accessories, Tires, Lubricants.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel within Metro Manila for client meetings.
