
Innovative Operations Leader

The Operations Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic management of an Inbound Contact Center. This high-level position demands exceptional leadership skills, financial acumen, and customer service expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Management: Develops and implements plans to achieve organizational objectives, ensuring alignment with corporate mandates.
- Financial Oversight: Manages Profit & Loss (P&L), budget, and expense reduction initiatives to drive business growth.
- Employee Development: Creates an environment that promotes employee growth, retention, and motivation, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Customer Service: Directs and oversees all aspects of client-facing policies, objectives, and initiatives, striving to meet and exceed Alta's and client metrics.
- Procedure Establishment: Develops and maintains procedures and policies governing customer correspondence and complaint handling.
Essential Qualifications:
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of managing teams and driving results.
- Financial Expertise: Strong understanding of financial management, including P&L, budgeting, and expense reduction.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with ability to build rapport and lead teams.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, prioritizing complex responsibilities and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills:
- Strong Leadership Skills: Includes interaction management, coaching, mentoring, and presentation skills.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to establish rapport, lead, coach, and motivate, building relationships and loyalty with external and internal teams, clients, and leaders.
- Knowledge in Financial Forecasting and Analysis: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop solutions to drive business growth.
