Senior Manager Job Overview

  • Design and deliver customized Labs for clients, ensuring high-quality and consistent experiences
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify client problems and determine research direction
  • Construct Lab agendas to help clients accelerate problem-solving, formulate business strategies, and achieve innovative breakthroughs
About the Role

This fast-paced role involves juggling multiple projects in various phases of design and delivery, including bespoke in-person or virtual Lab experiences, and mobile sessions across the APAC region or globally.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
