Job Title:

Senior Business Analyst

This role focuses on driving innovation in IT operations, ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle and aligning requirements and solutions with stakeholders and clients.

The Senior Business Analyst will support the delivery of major enhancements to systems and applications, with integration into related systems.

This is a senior-level business analyst position that requires significant experience in business analysis, including 5 years in a senior BA role and at least 5 years of experience in banking, accounting or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and design business processes; elicit functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Support quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle, including UAT participation and verification.
  • Prepare and refine requirements, translating them into user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, developers and end-users to align requirements and solutions.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Management, Business Management, Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business analysis, including 5 years in a senior BA role.
  • At least 5 years of experience in banking, accounting or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for managing iterations, user stories and documentation.
