A pioneering shoe cleaning and restoration brand is expanding its presence across Metro Manila. We seek visionary leaders who can help scale the business by driving sales across multiple channels.

The Role

This entrepreneurial leadership position owns the growth engine of the company. You will shape the brand's future and lead sales efforts across retail stores, online platforms, and new product lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies for sales:
    • Online (chat commerce), mall stores, standalone stores
  • Drive marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, and offline advertising
  • Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize sales at the lowest cost per acquisition
  • Explore and test innovative marketing channels such as TikTok, influencer collaborations, and CRM
  • Oversee project management of store expansion into mall locations, from scouting sites to ensuring successful grand openings
  • Research, develop, and launch new product lines, driving innovation and category growth

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong bias for action and results
  • Highly driven with a strong work ethic; not afraid to roll up sleeves
  • Thrives in a small business / startup environment
  • At least 1-2 years work experience with some leadership exposure or fresh grad with leadership potential
  • Genuine interest in marketing, growth, eCommerce, and scaling businesses
