**Sales Growth Specialist Role at RSD Human Resources Management Consultancy**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at RSD Human Resources Management Consultancy. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our branch sales through dealer recruitment, building and maintaining strong relationships with dealers, and conducting fieldwork to expand our network of dealers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct fieldwork to identify new dealer opportunities and build relationships with existing dealers.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Happy Customer Supervisor or Cluster Head to resolve dealer concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coach existing dealers on dealer group management and dealership progression.
  • Conduct in-store training programs and activities to promote products and improve sales skills.

**Requirements:**

  • Vocational diploma, short course certificate, or bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in direct selling, retailing, merchandising, networking, or telco.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and people management is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to undergo a six-week management training program.
  • Customer-oriented, sales-driven, and highly motivated individual.
