Job Title: Sales Officer

RSD Human Resources Management Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive branch sales growth through dealer recruitment and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct fieldwork to identify new business opportunities and expand our network of dealers.
  • Design and deliver in-store training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance dealer skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Happy Customer Supervisor or Cluster Head to resolve dealer concerns and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Coach existing dealers on dealer group management and dealership progression through regular discussions and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Vocational diploma, short course certificate, or bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in direct selling, retailing, merchandising, networking, or telco.
  • Experience in recruiting, training, and people management is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to undergo a six-week management training program.
