Job Summary

The Category Profitability Manager is responsible for driving category sales and profitability through effective category building and management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and manage customer relationships
* Develop and implement category building strategies to achieve sales targets
* Ensure accurate and timely implementation of promotions and displays
* Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation in the category area
* Supervise and monitor the performance of sales support staff and merchandisers

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
* At least 2 years of experience in store management and operations in a retail or food establishment
