Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Client Success professional to join our team. As a Client Success Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. This involves building strong relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for growth and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client goals and expectations.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Account Management or a related field.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field.
