Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in managing assigned accounts and driving customer retention activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain active status of all assigned clients by fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Promote account strength maintenance through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Educate clients on techniques and strategies to enhance their experience and drive growth.
  • Develop and execute customer retention and growth strategies to expand our client portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on market events and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all client interactions.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a customer success role.
  • Excellent analytical skills, including customer retention strategies and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the market, including Forex, CFDs, and Commodities.
