Sales Representative Opportunity

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to engage with customers, promote products, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Presentation and promotion of products and services to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity to inform future sales strategies.
  • Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center experience, preferably with a focus on sales and customer service.
  • Work from home experience, as this role is primarily remote-based.
  • A strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Typing speed of 20+ WPM to efficiently manage sales activity and communication.
  • Bilingualism is highly advantageous, but not required.
