Customer Solutions Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused representative to join our team. As a Customer Solutions Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, live chat, email, and SMS.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and preferences, making recommendations to drive sales and satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless order processing, resolving any issues efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, customer service, or sales support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, or other CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Calm under pressure and comfortable with multitasking in a remote, fast-paced environment.
