Business Development Specialist in Clinical Trials

This is a remote business development opportunity for experienced professionals who are passionate about healthcare and sales. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a key role in expanding our clinical trials network by identifying and engaging potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, developing and implementing strategic sales plans to drive growth, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients, and staying updated on industry trends and clinical trial opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage potential clients, including medical practices, hospitals, and research centers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients
  • Stay updated on industry trends and clinical trial opportunities
Requirements:
  • Must be a woman
  • Experience in business development and clinical research (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
