Renewals Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewals Sales Professional to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in our Night Shift team.

The ideal candidate will thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment and possess exceptional collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive industry-leading renewal rates and maintain a high volume of renewals with a daily call and email load covering the North America territory (Night Shift).
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and promote account growth.
  • BUILD TRUSTED RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY ACCOUNTS TO DRIVE HIGH ROI ON OUR PRODUCTS.
  • Identify customer requirements and roadblocks, and demonstrate strong commercial capabilities to drive renewals to timely closure.
  • Partner with Customer Success & Account Executives to maximize account growth opportunities by playing an active role on the account team and identifying expansion and cross-sale opportunities.
  • Prioritize responsibilities within your customer segment, differentiating between accounts at risk and balancing daily activity and sales velocity.
  • Negotiate and close sales while delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Raise issues and trends identified in your customer segment for analysis and resolution.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience in a technical sales role, a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience, and excellent networking and communication skills. Previous experience with CRM - NetSuite or Salesforce is highly desirable.
