We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Technical Support Specialist.
About the RoleThis position involves providing technical assistance to customers, resolving issues with software applications and data flows. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of technology, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
The successful applicant will be responsible for receiving and prioritizing incoming support requests, gathering detailed information from customers to identify and document issues, and updating customers on the status of their requests. Additionally, they will troubleshoot and diagnose data flow issues, escalate priority issues to appropriate personnel, and maintain accurate records of support requests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support services to customers, resolving issues with software applications and data flows.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose data flow issues, identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of support requests, documenting all interactions with customers.
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support capacity. Knowledge of CRM and ticketing systems is essential, as is familiarity with SaaS products and technologies. Experience working in a 24x7 schedule is also preferred.
