We are seeking a talented Relationship Manager to join our team at Responsible Internet Sustainability Effort Inc. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing effective client retention plans.

We also offer Open Access Network, a Fiber as a Service solution that simplifies complexity for developers and telecommunications companies while enhancing customer satisfaction.

About the Job

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, handling client queries, and ensuring efficient delivery of services. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and developing effective client retention plans.

Main Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Researching and cross-selling additional products or services that could benefit clients
  • Reviewing client financial information and offering guidance when necessary
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of sales funnels, Google Suite, and relevant software used by our team. You must be able to effectively communicate in written and verbal English, have excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. A positive attitude, perseverance, and ability to respond positively to high-stress situations are essential. Additionally, you should be self-motivated, able to thrive in a results-driven environment, and a natural relationship builder with integrity.
