We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead our offshore analytical team. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, leadership capability, and business acumen to ensure the delivery of high-quality insights and solutions that drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of offshore analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Allocate resources effectively, manage workload distribution, and oversee project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the offshore team and onshore stakeholders.
Analytics Delivery:
  • Ensure timely delivery of accurate, actionable, and well-structured analyses and reports.
  • Review and validate team outputs to maintain high standards of analytical rigor and data quality.
  • Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that support strategic decision-making.
Team Development & Collaboration:
  • Participate in recruiting new talent to the team.
  • Onboard new team members and provide continual learning across the team.
  • Work closely with onshore leaders to align priorities, clarify expectations, and set performance goals.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, standardization of processes, and best practices across the global analytics function.
Innovation & Process Improvement:
  • Drive efficiencies through automation, process optimization, and adoption of new tools and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for the team to provide greater value.
