Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Analyst with strong expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive strategic business decisions and enhance our financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

The selected professional will lead all aspects of FP&A, deliver timely and accurate financial reports, and ensure data integrity throughout our systems. They will work closely with U.S. leadership to support decision-making and operational excellence across our portfolio of clients and internal business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts that align with business objectives.
  • Financial Reporting: Create detailed monthly financial reports with variance analysis against budget/forecast, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Operational Finance: Support cash flow forecasting and treasury planning, track key performance indicators, and prepare ad-hoc financial models to inform business decisions.
Accounting Support:
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end close in NetSuite, working collaboratively with accounting staff.
  • Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Optimize NetSuite structure and reporting hierarchies to enhance data visibility and usability.
  • Assist with setup and mapping of new accounts or departments as needed.
Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of finance/accounting experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial operations.
  • 2+ years of experience using NetSuite for accounting and reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to build complex financial models.
  • Experience supporting U.S.-based companies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively communicate with U.S. executives.
  • Fluent English communication skills, including professional financial writing.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA or equivalent accounting certification.
  • Experience with budgeting tools and processes.
  • Prior work in consulting, SaaS, or offshore services environment.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
