Senior Analytics Leader - Drive Business Performance

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Leader to drive business performance and customer experience through advanced analytics solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and inform business decisions.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement advanced analytics models to drive business growth and optimize performance.
  • Lead efforts to explore and adopt new analytics tools and technologies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of analytics solutions to address business challenges and ensure best practices in data governance and management.
  • Spearhead the design, development, and deployment of predictive and prescriptive analytics models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business units to identify key performance indicators and develop dashboards to monitor and optimize performance.
  • Provide recommendations on efficiency improvements in business processes driven by data insights.
  • Evaluate, select, and implement advanced analytics tools and platforms to support business initiatives.
  • Develop methods to quantify the impact of analytics initiatives on business performance and report on return on investment (ROI).

Requirements

  • College graduate of any business, statistical or mathematical course.
  • At least 8 years of analytical and financial services experience, preferably in the credit card industry.
  • Strong ability to build partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive optimal business solutions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong working knowledge of programming and database software such as SAS and Microsoft Office.
