Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Insights Leader to oversee our reporting operations and manage our data team.

This is a senior-level role critical to driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Executive Reporting and Strategic Analysis
    • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages for senior executives
    • Deliver real-time data updates and insights that support timely business decisions
    • Design dashboards using Power BI and Excel that align with company KPIs and strategic goals
    • Translate complex data into clear, actionable summaries for leadership
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Act as the primary liaison between the Data Team and departments such as Sales Operations, Marketing, and Strategy
    • Lead bi-weekly alignment meetings to ensure reporting needs and timelines are met
    • Understand operational nuances and marketing performance to support strategic planning
    • Establish data governance protocols that promote consistency across all reports
  • Data Quality and Integrity
    • Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of all reports
    • Address discrepancies and reporting errors before they reach executive review Implement documentation protocols for version control and data compliance
    • Create and enforce data quality standards and monitoring systems
  • Team Leadership
    • Directly manage a data team of 5 to 10 analysts and specialists
    • Collaborate regularly with director-level stakeholders and C-suite executives
    • Work closely with the Sales Operations, Marketing, and Strategy teams
