Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to assume the role of Project Manager, responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery. This position involves managing project scope, resources, and timelines, as well as driving Agile processes and facilitating team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning & Resource Management
  • Define and refine project scope.
  • Plan resource allocation and secure approvals.
  • Ensure proper resource availability and utilization.
  • Develop project schedules and timelines based on estimates.
Project Execution & Agile Process Management
  • Plan and sequence project activities.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies: kick-offs, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.
  • Manage Jira boards (sprints, tickets, reports).
Monitoring, Reporting & Metrics
  • Track project performance with Jira metrics (velocity, burn-up/down, sprint reports).
  • Monitor team and individual performance via KPIs and stand-ups.
  • Send regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Leadership & Team Support
  • Act as mediator between client and team; resolve conflicts.
  • Remove blockers and distractions.
  • Keep the team motivated, focused, and aligned on goals.
  • Hold team members accountable.
  • Advocate collaboration and effective communication.
Continuous Improvement & Documentation
  • Streamline processes to improve project/sprint velocity.
  • Conduct post-mortems for major incidents (bugs, outages, etc.).
  • Ensure project documentation is centralized and regularly updated.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and leading sprint cycles.
  • Proven leadership abilities in resource planning and team allocation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on KPI monitoring and progress reporting.
  • Meticulous attention to process optimization and comprehensive documentation.
