Medical Project Coordinator

Overview

This role oversees the management of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, utilizing a management platform to create and manage tasks, workflows, and deadlines.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline processes using Loom and Google Suite, collaborating with team members to define project objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

Additionally, the Medical Project Coordinator will monitor project progress, provide regular updates to the team, manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for team members using Otter.ai, handle email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and forward messages as needed.

Assistance in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using MS Office Suite or Google Suite, conducting data entry, file management, and document organization tasks is also required.

Required skills include medical terminology understanding, ability to interact with doctors or having exposure to the medical field, handling clinical trials for a pharma company, organizing medical meetings, and maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

A keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
