Project Coordination Role

  • A challenging role in which you will lead planning and execution of projects from start to finish.
About the Role

We are seeking a skilled project coordinator to join our team. As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects.

You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all aspects of the project are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of deployment projects from start to finish.
  • Manage logistics including site assessments, equipment delivery, installation coordination, and vendor scheduling.
  • Resolve day-to-day deployment challenges efficiently and escalate complex issues as needed.
Requirements

  • 2+ years in project coordination or management, especially in operational or deployment environments.
  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset and solid stakeholder management experience.
  • Experience managing logistics, vendor relationships, and multitasking in dynamic projects.
  • (Beneficial) Exposure to retail tech or hardware deployments.
  • (Beneficial) Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
