Role Overview

A seasoned professional is sought after to serve as a strategic liaison and partner to senior executives.

This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for high-level discussions and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully coordinating cross-functional teams and driving project execution from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison and strategic partner to senior executives.
  • Represent senior executives in high-level meetings and leadership discussions.
  • Monitor and drive the execution of initiatives across HR, Data, Chat, Lead, and Client Relations.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement efforts.
  • Collaborate with department heads to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Lead multi-departmental projects from conception to completion.
  • Utilize project management tools to maintain accountability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress tracking.
  • Draft high-quality executive communications, including memos, reports, and strategic updates.
  • Synthesize departmental updates into executive-ready summaries.
  • Provide guidance and accountability to department heads on behalf of senior executives.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in operations, executive support, or project management roles.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced and/or remote work environments.
  • Track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and translating strategy into results.
  • Background in Operations management, executive support, data reporting, or client services is strongly preferred.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in project management tools, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Notion.
