
Strategic Project Coordinator

A seasoned professional is sought after to serve as a strategic liaison and partner to senior executives.
This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for high-level discussions and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully coordinating cross-functional teams and driving project execution from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison and strategic partner to senior executives.
- Represent senior executives in high-level meetings and leadership discussions.
- Monitor and drive the execution of initiatives across HR, Data, Chat, Lead, and Client Relations.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and lead process improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead multi-departmental projects from conception to completion.
- Utilize project management tools to maintain accountability.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress tracking.
- Draft high-quality executive communications, including memos, reports, and strategic updates.
- Synthesize departmental updates into executive-ready summaries.
- Provide guidance and accountability to department heads on behalf of senior executives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in operations, executive support, or project management roles.
- Proven experience in fast-paced and/or remote work environments.
- Track record of coordinating cross-functional teams and translating strategy into results.
- Background in Operations management, executive support, data reporting, or client services is strongly preferred.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in project management tools, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Notion.
