ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to drive industry vertical growth and improve channel performance.
- Team Management: Lead and coach Channel Development Managers, ensuring alignment with company performance objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-BU initiatives by coordinating with leadership teams from Fuse and other Business Units (BUs) to drive joint programs, resolve inter-departmental challenges, and ensure alignment on channel development strategies.
- Business Development: Identify new channel opportunities and expand partnerships across industry verticals.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Program Execution: Oversee planning and execution of channel development programs, campaigns, and promotions.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for channel activities, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Process Optimization: Develop and standardize processes to drive operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Deliver regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
