Customer Service Role

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide timely support to clients regarding climate technology solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer professional and efficient customer service through various channels, ensuring seamless interactions and resolutions.
  • Address customer concerns efficiently, including expediting orders, correcting invoices, and handling complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Manage production time and resources effectively by maintaining productivity within acceptable transaction volumes.
  • Collaborate with the team through training, workshops, and focus groups to enhance skills and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Support other projects as needed, act as a backup for colleagues, identify process improvement opportunities, and complete additional assignments under leadership guidance.
About You:

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course; engineering discipline graduates are also considered.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; two years of interactive customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, supply chain, or similar functions is a plus.
  • Background in offshore service operations and customer service in manufacturing environments is advantageous.
  • Customer service oriented with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to assume cross-trained and backup functions as needed.
  • Proficient in interacting with all levels of management, both internal and external.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills; proficiency in another language is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications, Oracle, Salesforce, Genesys Cloud, and other business systems and tools.
  • Able to work independently and maintain a positive energy level in a dynamic environment.
