Business Analyst for Climate Transformation

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in Quezon City. This role will play a crucial part in delivering strategic insights and decision support to drive our climate transformation efforts.

This position will be instrumental in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing data-driven decision-making across the organization.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
  • Apply statistical and analytical methods to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and predict outcomes.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, success criteria, and measurement frameworks.
  • Leverage advanced business intelligence tools to deliver scalable insights solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others at all levels of the company both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrates a courteous, tactful, and professional approach with employees and others.
  • Advanced English level; additional language is a plus.
  • Strong sense of ethics and adherence to core values.
  • Demonstrated ability to clearly isolate and define problems, evaluate alternatives, and make timely decisions.
