Job Title: Integration Solutions Expert

The role of an Integration Solutions Expert plays a vital part in ensuring new clients are successfully integrated with a focus on technical integration processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure, test and deploy CRM integrations, APIs and other connected systems during onboarding to ensure accuracy and stability.
  • Proactively identify diagnose and resolve API errors data sync issues and configuration challenges by collaborating closely with product engineering teams.
  • Partner with implementation managers CSMs and sales engineers to align technical work with client requirements.
  • Document and refine integration processes to improve efficiency reduce implementation time by more than 10% and minimize recurring issues.

This role requires strong analytical skills problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
